Healthy Chocolate Bars

Perfect snack for school, work…everywhre. Stupid simple to make and at the same time delicious and healthy.

-1,5 glasses of sunflower seeds
– bar of dark chocolate
– glass of pumpkin seeds
– glass of cranberry
– glass of chia seeds
– glass of oatmeal
– some strawberries
– 5 or 6 spoons of honey

Put the sunflower, pumpkin, chia seeds, cranberry and oatmeal into the bowl. Add the honey and mix it all. Then spread it evenly on the tin and bake it for about 10 minutes in 180 degrees.

Melt the chocolate in the water bath. After remowing from the oven, pour chocolate on our mass and it in the fridge for about 3-4h. After freezing cut into the shape of bars. In the end we can add some strawberries.
